Frequently asked questions

Useful answers before launch.

When does Caliphate Air begin commercial service?

Our first scheduled services operate from the Abuja hub. Exact launch dates will be published here and through our partners once regulatory clearance is complete.

What is the checked baggage allowance?

Placeholder pending final policy. The intended allowance is 20 kg checked and 7 kg cabin per adult passenger on domestic services, with infant and sports-equipment rules published at launch.

What travel documents do I need for domestic flights?

Placeholder pending final policy. A valid government-issued photo ID — National ID, international passport, driver’s licence or voter’s card — is expected for every adult passenger.

How early should I arrive at the airport?

Until Caliphate Air publishes its final check-in and boarding cut-off times, plan to arrive at least two hours before a domestic flight and follow any earlier time stated on your confirmed itinerary.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Placeholder pending final policy. Change and cancellation rules will be set per fare family and published in the Conditions of Carriage before booking opens.

Do you carry unaccompanied minors?

Placeholder pending final policy. An unaccompanied minor service is planned for children aged 5 to 11 on direct services only.
