Review status: This operational notice should receive Nigerian legal and data-protection review and must be expanded before booking, payment, check-in, advertising, or other new processing is introduced.
1. Who controls your information
Caliphate Air Limited is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. The head office is No. 5, King Charles Owaba Street, Wuye, Abuja-FCT. Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted through the General or passenger enquiry option on the Contact page until a dedicated privacy address is confirmed.
2. Information collected now
Depending on the form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, message, travel or charter details, booking-reference information, refund-request details, area of career interest, and an optional professional-profile link. The website stores your analytics choice locally on your device. If you accept, Google Analytics cookies and similar identifiers measure visited pages, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser details, referral source, and interaction events. Enquiry-form contents are not sent to Analytics. Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, one-time codes, passport scans, medical records, or unrelated identity documents.
3. Why we use it
We use submitted information to receive, route, review, respond to, and keep an appropriate business record of your request. The form asks for consent before transmission. Optional analytics cookies are used only with your consent to understand website traffic, improve content, and measure enquiry journeys. You may decline them and still use the complete website.
4. Who receives it
Requests are routed only to the relevant Caliphate Air Sales, Support, Inquiries, or Careers mailbox. The website hosting provider and approved transactional email provider may process the information solely to transmit and secure the request. When you accept analytics cookies, Google processes usage information for Caliphate Air under its Analytics terms and data-processing arrangements. We do not sell form or analytics information or use enquiry contents for unrelated marketing.
5. Retention and security
Access is limited to personnel who need the information for their work. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied. Form records should be retained only for the period needed to answer the request, meet documented business or legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Analytics information and cookies are retained according to the configured Google Analytics settings and should be reviewed periodically.
6. Your choices and rights
You may accept, decline, or later change analytics-cookie consent through the Privacy choices control shown on every page. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics loading on that device but does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may also request information about your personal data and, where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
7. External links and future services
Social-media links lead to services with their own privacy practices. The current booking and manage-booking interfaces do not send passenger information. This notice will be updated before reservation, payment, check-in, advertising, or other non-essential services are activated.
