Presentation draft: This page is not yet a binding contract. Refund rights will be governed by the fare conditions shown during booking, the final Conditions of Carriage, and applicable Nigerian aviation and consumer requirements after legal and regulatory review.
1. When a refund may be available
A refund may be considered when Caliphate Air cancels a flight and the passenger does not accept an alternative, when an eligible refundable fare is cancelled within its conditions, or when a verified duplicate or incorrect charge occurs.
2. Voluntary cancellations and no-shows
Voluntary cancellation, change, and no-show treatment will depend on the fare family, ticket usage, time of request, and any applicable service charges. The completed booking flow will display these conditions before payment.
3. Taxes, fees, and additional services
Eligibility for unused taxes, airport charges, baggage, seat selection, and other additional services will be stated in the final policy. Any deductions will be itemised when a request is reviewed.
4. How refunds will be handled
Bookings made directly with Caliphate Air will be reviewed by the airline. Bookings purchased through an agent or another seller may need to be handled by that seller. Approved refunds are intended to return to the original payment method after booking and payment verification.
5. Processing time and updates
Confirmed processing targets and escalation contacts will be published before sales open. Passengers will receive a case reference and status updates once the live refund channel is connected.
6. Information needed
Keep the booking reference, passenger surname, travel date, route, contact details, reason for the request, and any relevant proof available. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, one-time codes, or unrelated identity documents.
